Pairing Aperitifs, fish, shellfish
In the glass it shows a lovely powder-pink color, with fine, persistent bubbles that invite a sip. On the nose it offers sensations of wild strawberry, fresh raspberry and a delicate citrus note; hints of toasted bread and brioche crust emerge with aeration, adding complexity without weighing it down. The palate is lively, supported by good acidity and a pleasant savory character; the sip is lean but full of character, with a fresh mid-palate and a creamy texture that balances the structure. The persistence is balanced, leaving fruity echoes and a slightly spicy finish.

Champagne de Villepin Rosé Brut is suitable both as a refined aperitif and to accompany dishes based on oily fish, shellfish or delicate preparations with red ingredients, where the fruity component can converse with the dish. Serve chilled, in a flute or wide coupe to appreciate its aromatic nuances; it’s a bottle that combines immediacy and finesse, suited to convivial moments but also capable of surprising in more creative pairings.
