Fresh and pleasant, it stands out for a clear, well-defined aromatic profile: notes of green apple and pear, a hint of white peach and light floral nuances that don't overpower the whole. The sip is medium-bodied, with lively acidity that gives drive and a slight salinity that dries the palate; the mouthfeel is smooth, never heavy, and the finish remains clean but measured, inviting a second taste without tiring.

Ideal to accompany delicate seafood dishes, vegetable-based appetizers, poultry in light sauces and fresh cheeses, it performs best when served well chilled to enhance its freshness and aromatic precision. It doesn't rely on opulence but on balance: a Chardonnay with a modern, clean and enjoyable approach, suitable for both informal meals and more refined convivial moments.
