The Chardonnay from Perusini shows a direct, approachable profile typical of the variety. Visually it displays a pale straw color with bright highlights. On the nose there are aromas of green apple, ripe pear and citrus, accompanied by discreet floral notes and a freshness that keeps it slim. On the palate it retains good freshness, balanced between acidity and body which makes it easy-drinking; persistence is moderate and the fruity impressions return on the finish.

It works as an aperitif wine but also pairs with light fish dishes, summer salads, shellfish and fresh cheeses. Serve cool, around 8-10 °C, in not-too-large glasses to enhance the aromas. It is intended for relatively young consumption while keeping a clean flavor profile if stored at a constant temperature. With this Chardonnay Perusini offers a versatile, immediately approachable option suitable for those seeking an everyday white that is straightforward and without excess.

Winery history
The Perusini family has been linked to Friulian viticulture for generations: the family home preserves historical artifacts, and the winery was included by Luigi Veronelli among the "historic winemakers." Over the centuries, family members have selected and promoted indigenous grape varieties—chiefly Picolit and Ribolla Gialla—and that work has been passed down to the current family stewards, who combine tradition with a commitment to research and innovation.
Production philosophy
The company places viticulture at the centre: quality in the vineyard is prioritised to produce wines that express the terroir and the vintage. Its management combines respect for tradition, protection of biodiversity and the adoption of modern winemaking methods. From an environmental standpoint, the company follows sustainable practices and adheres to the principles of certified organic production.
