Produced by Tormaresca, this Chardonnay Puglia IGT is presented in a practical magnum format, designed for sharing. On the nose it displays a profile of fresh fruit: green apple and pear, accompanied by citrus hints and light floral notes; subtle suggestions of white-fleshed fruit also emerge, contributing to a clean, linear aromatic picture without excess.

On the palate it shows a balance between acidity and body, appearing lively yet restrained; the drinking experience is smooth, with fruity echoes and a slight sapidity that make it suitable with seafood starters, dishes featuring crustaceans, grilled fish and fresh cheeses. The magnum format is well suited to shared dinners or for those who want a bottle to share. Serve cool to highlight the wine’s freshness and immediate appeal. It also works well as an aperitif in warm seasons and pairs with light Mediterranean dishes; best enjoyed within a few years to maintain its freshness.
