Chardonnay Quartz Acorn Yamhill-Carlton AVA - Domaine Roy & Fils comes from the prestigious Yamhill-Carlton AVA area in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, a terroir known for its unique combination of cool climate and mineral-rich soils. Domaine Roy & Fils, with its meticulous attention to quality, expresses in this wine the purity and elegance typical of the Chardonnay grape, crafted in harmony with the land. The aging, often partially in oak barrels, gives the wine a soft structure and a delicate vanilla aroma without stifling its aromatic freshness.

On the nose, aromas of ripe white fruit emerge, such as golden apple and pear, accompanied by light citrus notes and mineral nuances reminiscent of the quartz that gives the wine its name. On the palate, it reveals itself as balanced and creamy, with a vibrant acidity that supports the flavor persistence. It pairs perfectly with seafood dishes, shellfish, and white meats, charmingly accompanying sophisticated appetizers or pasta in butter and sage.

A Chardonnay that blends French tradition with New World freshness, perfect for those seeking an intense expression of terroir and varietal.
