It opens on the nose with a fragrant weave in which white fruit intertwines with subtle wood notes: ripe apple and pear, citrus zest and a hint of vanilla and toasted hazelnut, without overpowering the freshness. Visually it shows a lovely straw color with golden reflections that anticipate the softness; the profile remains bright and compact, with a creamy sensation that supports the sip without weighing it down.

On the palate it is known for the balance between lively acidity and a soft body: the structure is supported by a subtle salinity and a glyceric texture that provides persistence and pleasantness. The finish is clean, with fruity echoes and a slight spicy note that invites a second sip. Versatile at the table, it naturally accompanies baked fish, shellfish in a light sauce and white meats; also excellent by the glass during an informal aperitif, it retains elegance without being ostentatious.
