A sparkling white wine produced with berries from 100% Chardonnay vines grown on the hills of Romagna. Here the area is particularly suited to viticulture, thanks to the optimal environmental conditions given by the mild climate and the daytime sea breeze combined with that of the land at night, ideal for prevent grape rot.

When poured it shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. A wine with an enveloping fruity and floral bouquet. The sip is fresh and light, very drinkable and fragrant.

Perfect throughout the meal, especially with seafood from appetizers to first and second courses.
