Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru - Les Vergers from Domaine Fontaine Gagnard is a white wine of extraordinary elegance and refinement, originating from the renowned Burgundy region in France. Characterized by a meticulous selection of Chardonnay grapes, this wine represents the sublime expression of the specific terroir of Chassagne-Montrachet.

Upon visual examination, it showcases a bright golden-yellow color, heralding the richness and complexity of its bouquet. On the nose, intense aromas of white-fleshed fruits like peach and pear emerge, accompanied by citrus accents and delicate floral notes, enriched by nuances of vanilla and toast due to barrel aging.

On the palate, Les Vergers reveals a balanced structure, with a soft entry that evolves into remarkable acidity and minerality. The aromatic persistence is long and pleasantly complex, leaving a lingering aftertaste that invites another sip.

This wine is ideal for accompanying refined dishes such as lobster, fish in white sauce, or goat cheeses. It is also an excellent candidate for aging, capable of evolving and maturing magnificently for many years in the cellar.
