The Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva Novecento from Dievole is a true tribute to the rich Tuscan winemaking tradition, expressing in every sip the passion and dedication of one of the most renowned wine-producing regions in Italy. Produced in the hills of Chianti Classico, this wine is the result of a careful selection of Sangiovese grapes, the quintessential varietal of the area.

The Riserva Novecento is produced only in particularly favorable vintages and matures for 18 months in oak barrels, followed by additional months of bottle aging. This process gives the wine a robust and complex structure, while also ensuring it retains the elegant fragrance typical of Sangiovese.

To the eye, it has a deep ruby red color, with reflections that turn to orange with aging. On the nose, the Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva Novecento from Dievole releases intense aromas of ripe red fruits, spicy notes, and a faint trace of tobacco and leather, inherited from its time in wood. On the palate, it is vigorous and full-bodied, with well-balanced tannins and a long, pleasantly bitter aromatic persistence that invites another sip.

This wine pairs magnificently with traditional Tuscan cuisine, such as roasted meats, Bistecca alla Fiorentina, and aged cheeses. It is also an excellent choice for special occasions or as a meditative wine. Serve at a temperature of about 18°C to enhance all its nuances.

The Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva Novecento from Dievole is an exemplar that tells the story of a timeless land through its intense and authentic flavors, making it a distinctive feature in your wine collection or a prized choice for any tasting.
