The Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG Marzi from Tenuta Bibbiano, offered in magnum format, presents a classic expression of the region without exaggeration. In the glass it shows intensity and an aromatic profile that evolves from ripe fruit to more complex notes; on the palate it feels balanced between structure and freshness, with present but integrated tannins. It is a wine to approach with calm: it pairs well with traditional dishes such as roasts and meat sauces, as well as with medium- to long-aged cheeses.

The magnum format is well suited to sharing and can encourage slow bottle maturation, for those who wish to cellar it for a few years under stable temperature and humidity conditions. Before serving it is advisable to uncork in advance and, if necessary, decant to allow the aromas to open; suggested serving temperature is around 16–18 °C. Tenuta Bibbiano presents a territorial reading of Chianti Classico in its Riserva version, intended for convivial occasions.
