This Chiaretto Classico from the Riviera del Garda DOC by Cà Maiol comes in a Methuselah format that already evokes conviviality and a sense of occasion. Displaying a luminous pale pink color, it offers a skilfully balanced aromatic profile: notes of wild strawberry, white peach and a hint of citrus peel that do not overpower the delicate floral note. On the palate it is lean and precise, supported by fresh acidity and a pleasant sapidity that give lift without weighing it down, with a light yet coherent texture and a moderate finish.

It is naturally suited to aperitif moments and to summer cuisine: seafood starters, composed salads and preparations with fresh herbs find an agile companion here. Serve well chilled, around 8–10 °C, to appreciate its vivacity; the large format makes it ideal for dinners with friends or for those seeking a rosé with character yet immediate appeal. A Chiaretto that favors balance and drinkability without sacrificing personality.
