Chloe Chiaretto DOC Valtenesi from Opera Roses offers an elegant rosé with pleasant immediacy. In the glass it shows a pale pink hue; the bouquet leans toward delicate notes of white-fleshed fruits and floral touches, without exaggerated aromatics. The olfactory profile remains clean and linear, with a balance that favors freshness and simplicity. Its immediate drinkability also makes it suitable for everyday consumption.

On the palate it is slender, with balanced acidity and fruity echoes that support an easy drinking experience; the finish stays on subtle tones, never intrusive. A slight salinity is noticeable and enhances drinkability, while the structure remains overall light. It pairs well with light dishes such as seafood starters, vegetable-based plates and informal aperitifs; it also suits mildly spiced Mediterranean dishes. Serve chilled, preferably in a wide glass to highlight the aromas, and drink young to appreciate its freshness. Produced and marketed by Opera Roses as a rosato DOC Valtenesi, it is suitable for convivial occasions and everyday meals.
