There are those who tell the story, tradition and passion with words; Cantina Librandi has chosen to do it through wine. In this magnificent corner of Calabria, hard wines with a history behind them are born; this is where Cirò Rosato was born. This wine is the interpretation and summary of the work of three generations, four estates, a deep knowledge of the area, years of collaboration with the best local winemakers and separate vinifications by sub-zone.

The harvest takes place from the second week of September to the first week of October. The vinification is in thermo-conditioned steel, with bleeding and short maceration. Aging in steel, with a stay in the bottle for a few months before being put on the market.

In the glass it has a coppery pink color. The nose releases an elegant and fragrant scent, defined by pleasant delicate notes of pomegranate which pleasantly intersect with the fruity aromas of orange and strawberry, and a floral scent of rose petals in the background.

When tasted, a drink is shown from the first sip excellent drinkability, with a fresh and savory taste at the right point. A versatile goblet that goes perfectly with many seafood recipes, but in particular, it is combined with appetizing seafood appetizers, hot or cold, shellfish, tartare and sushi, which gives the best of itself.
