Librandi Winery
The start of the Librandi family's wine business began in 1953 in the small winery in via Tirone in Cirò Marina, and continued from 1975 in the new plant located in Contrada San Gennaro where the company is still located today.
It is here, in the "land of wines", that the vine has been cultivated for three generations, and since the 1950s the Librandi family has increasingly organized itself in the operations of bottling, storage and marketing of wine, thus expanding and evolving .
Tenacious supporters of that magnificent corner of Calabria and its heritage, the winery started at first from the traditional vines, from Gaglioppo and from Greco, and from the large amount of native varieties present in the area, and then over time expanded the his views.
Thanks to the opinion of experts in the viticultural and oenological sector, and to constant research, the family was thus able to achieve the goal of fixing, preserving and enhancing the Calabrian viticultural heritage and spreading its history, traditions and unique aromas.
