The Collines Rhodaniennes Blanc Esprit d’Antan by Pierre Jean Villa is a white wine that enchants with its refinement and distinctive character, representative of the hills of the Rhodan region. This wine is made with Viognier grapes, meticulously selected to ensure superior quality.

On the nose, the Collines Rhodaniennes Blanc Esprit d’Antan reveals a complex bouquet with predominant notes of apricot and white flowers, complemented by nuances of sweet spices and a subtle mineral trace. On the palate, it expresses itself with richness and elegance, offering a velvety texture that perfectly conveys the freshness and purity of the fruit.

This wine is ideal for pairing with elaborate fish dishes or soft cheese, thanks to its ability to balance richness and acidity. Its complexity also makes it suitable as a meditation wine. Serve chilled to enhance all its nuances. An excellent example of how the terroir of the Collines Rhodaniennes can be interpreted through Viognier.
