Before the harvest, which usually takes place during the first ten days of September, the grapes are carefully selected in the vineyard. Subsequently, a delicate pressing is carried out, to then move on to alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel for about a week. The refinement takes place on the fine lees for about 7 months in order to increase its complexity.
In the Collio Pinot Grigio glass, poured with a cintense and luminous straw yellow color. On the nose it gives a bouquet elegant and varied, characterized by floral aromas of orange blossom, on a background of fresh fruity aromas of apple, pear and exotic fruit with slight nuances of dried fruit.
An enveloping and seductive white, which gives the palate a soft flavor however balanced by acidity. A versatile wine that goes very well on the table in combination with countless courses that have fish as the protagonist, from appetizers, to first and second courses. It will not disappoint even when served as an aperitif.
