The Cotes Du Roussillon - D18 - Magnum - Olivier Pithon represents an extraordinary expression of the terroir of Southern France. Produced by the renowned winery of Olivier Pithon, this wine is an excellent example of how the Mediterranean climate and clay-limestone soils can positively influence viticulture, giving the wine its unique and distinctive characteristics.

This particular "D18" cuvée stands out for its composition predominantly of Grenache and Carignan grapes, varieties that provide the wine with structure and complexity. The fermentation occurs naturally and the wine is then aged in large wooden barrels, allowing for a slow and gradual evolution that enriches its aromas and flavors.

In the glass, the Cotes Du Roussillon D18 presents a deep ruby red color. On the nose, it opens with aromas of ripe red fruits, spicy notes, and a slight touch of aromatic herbs. On the palate, the wine is robust and velvety, with well-integrated tannins and a lingering freshness, leading to a long and pleasantly persistent finish.

Ideal for accompanying rich dishes such as red meat stews, aged cheeses, and mushroom-based dishes, this Magnum is perfect for special occasions or as a prestigious gift for wine lovers.
