A new experience that began in the summer of 2008 to demonstrate that the Isonzo Valley, a land of established white wines, can stand out on new paths, in which tradition coexists with the spirit of research and the desire for improvement, which have always animated the good producer.

The grapes are grown with organic fertilization and integrated phytosanitary defense with the abolition of chemical weeding; it is then carefully selected and harvested by hand in August 2013. Fermentation in French oak barrels of 500 liters (20-22 ° C), maturation in the same fermentation containers on the fine deposit for 8 months with frequent bâtonnage. Only free-run must obtained at low pressures is used.

A bright yellow sparkling wine with a fine perlage. On the nose it presents a clean and complex bouquet that sees a good balance between bread crust, aromatic herbs and tropical fruit. In the mouth it enters savory, fresh and creamy with a long and persistent finish. Perfect for an aperitif but still a versatile white that goes very well with any meal.
