Dorobianco is produced with three vines coming from the Avanzi family estates. A refined and fresh drink, which presents itself with a straw yellow appearance with golden reflections.

Its bouquet is exquisitely fruity and floral; hints of exotic fruit blended with citrus aromas of lime and grapefruit make space between hints of green apple and sweet nuances of fresh white flowers.

The harvest is carried out during the last ten days of September; the grapes are carefully selected before harvesting which is carried out manually keeping the varieties separate. They are then cooled and delicately pressed; and then cold static decantation takes place. Only after cold fermentation, everything is assembled, bottled and left to refine for at least 2 months in the bottle before being released on the market.

An elegant sip that releases a very pleasant acid and savory note on the palate. Mineral to the right degree and fresh, Dorobianco proves to be an exceptional glass to sip as an aperitif. Long and persistent, it offers evolving fragrant notes of ripe fruit to be savored calmly.

Exceptional to pair with first courses based on fish and shellfish.

Winery history
The Avanzi family began their winemaking activity with Giovanni Avanzi; the winery was expanded in the following decades with the involvement of his sons and subsequent generations. In the 21st century the cellar was renovated with a new underground facility and modern equipment for vinification and aging; the estate operates in the Lake Garda area and still maintains a strong family identity.
