The Enantio DOC, produced by the renowned Roeno Winery, is a red wine of extraordinary expressiveness and refinement, made from Enantio grapes, a native variety from the Forti di Vallagarina area. This exquisite MAGNUM bottle, presented in an elegant wooden case, represents the flagship of the winery, subject to limited production that enhances its exclusivity.

The harvest is carried out manually in the first weeks of October, carefully selecting each bunch to ensure that only superior quality grapes are used. The Enantio DOC is then traditionally vinified, with maceration lasting about two weeks to extract the maximum amount of polyphenols and anthocyanins, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature.

After fermentation, the wine ages in oak barrels for at least 12 months, gaining complexity, elegance, and a harmonious balance between tannins and acidity. The result is a ruby-red wine tending towards garnet with age, offering intense aromas of ripe red fruit, sweet spices, and balsamic nuances on the nose.

On the palate, the Enantio DOC is robust and well-structured, with a persistent taste that recalls hints of blackberry, plum, and a slight vein of tobacco and chocolate due to aging in wood. The long aromatic persistence and the well-balanced play of acidity and tannins make this wine ideal for pairing with red meat dishes, game, and mature cheeses.

Whether for a special dinner or as a prestigious gift, the Enantio DOC MAGNUM in a wooden case from Cantina Roeno is a choice of undeniable class, satisfying the most demanding palates.
