Elegant and luminous, Bersano's Eroe Roero Arneis DOCG expresses the typical character of Arneis without artifice: seemingly simple aromas that open to wildflowers, white peach and a hint of citrus that adds vivacity. On the nose it is clean and honest, with a subtle aromatic texture that invites a sip; the structure remains light yet well-defined, supported by fresh acidity and a sapidity that lengthens the finish without weighing it down.

On the palate it delivers smooth, balanced drinkability, where the softness is measured and the fruity tones blend into a slightly almond-tinged finish. It’s a versatile wine, bright as an aperitif and capable of accompanying seafood starters, delicate first courses and fresh cheeses; it can also be paired with baked fish dishes and light white meats. Serve well chilled, around 8–10 °C, to appreciate its freshness and aromatic clarity. Its aromatic cleanliness and ease of drinking also make it ideal for everyday enjoyment.
