The Falanghina Sannio DOP Identitas from Solopaca offers a fresh, restrained profile representative of the modern expression of this Campanian grape. On the nose there are citrus notes such as lemon and grapefruit, light floral hints and a touch of aromatic herbs; all supported by a moderate olfactory intensity without excess. The approach is clean and linear, with balance between fruit and lively acidity that makes the wine approachable. The Sannio DOP designation underlines the origin and a recognizable territorial character perceived in the overall aromatic picture, without being exuberant.

On the palate it is lively and dry, with a saline texture that invites drinking and recalls white-fleshed fruit and citrus peel. Medium body and balanced structure, pleasant and unobtrusive finish. It pairs well with simple seafood dishes, vegetable-based appetizers, shellfish, seafood salads and light fried foods; it is also suitable as an aperitif. Best consumed young to appreciate its freshness; serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, in not overly large glasses to highlight its clarity and tension.
