The Fiano di Avellino DOCG 2015 Radici by Mastroberardino presents as a mature white wine, resulting from the stated vintage and the Fiano grape's character. On the nose it shows straightforward aromas of ripe white-fleshed fruit, notes of almond and floral hints that combine with light mineral nuances. On the palate it is balanced, with a supported body and a pleasant salinity that underpins the flavour structure; the persistence recalls the same fruity tones and an almond-like finish that invites another sip.

Suitable for drinking now, it pairs with regional and national cuisine: pasta dishes with gentle sauces, flavourful fish, crustacean preparations and soft cheeses not too aged. It is recommended to serve it at a cool but not excessively cold temperature to enhance its aroma and structure. Ideal for those looking for a mature Fiano capable of expressing complexity without artifices, in the bottle from Mastroberardino.
