The Fiano Paestum IGP "Trentenare" produced by the renowned San Salvatore 1988 winery is a sublime expression of elegance and refinement. This white wine, originating from the wonderful region of Campania, precisely in the area of Cilento, enchants with its distinctive character, the result of a rich land and a tradition of viticultural excellence.

The Fiano from San Salvatore 1988 is cultivated in vineyards located in a unique environment, where the clayey and calcareous soil and the Mediterranean climate contribute to creating ideal conditions for grape maturation. The harvest is carried out manually, ensuring the selection of the best grapes to preserve the authentic qualities of the vine.

Visually, the "Trentenare" presents a bright straw-yellow color, a sign of freshness and vitality. The nose reveals intense and complex aromas of ripe fruit such as peach and apricot, enriched by delicate floral notes and a touch of minerality that testifies to the uniqueness of its terroir. On the palate, the wine surprises with its perfect balance between acidity and roundness, with an aromatic persistence that invites a second sip.

Ideal to be served chilled, the Fiano Paestum IGP "Trentenare" is perfect paired with refined fish dishes, shellfish, and soft cheeses. Its elegance also makes it an ideal companion for special moments, from romantic dinners to sophisticated aperitifs.

This wine is not only a pleasure for the palate but also a sensory experience that carries the history and culture of its territory. San Salvatore 1988, with its commitment to sustainability and quality, offers in this Fiano an authentic expression of Cilentan viticulture, shaped with passion and dedication.
