Franciacorta Annalisa Faifer Brut Rosé DOCG Clarabella presents a luminous powder-pink color and a fine, persistent foam. On the nose it offers a vivid yet refined profile: it recalls wild strawberries and rose petals, hints of freshly toasted bread and a slight mineral note that enhances its freshness. The bouquet remains elegant, never excessive, with an aromatic texture that invites the sip without force.

On the palate the sip is dry, brisk in tension and well balanced in structure; the acidity keeps the sensation lively, while the salinity provides smoothness and persistence. The fine bubbles support a subtle creaminess that envelops the palate, making the sip pleasant even after several tastings. The finish is savory and persistent, with a return of small red fruits and a citrus trail that invites the next glass; it is excellent as an aperitif and pairs with seafood starters, salmon or light summer first courses, served chilled in not-too-large glasses.
