The Franciacorta DOCG Demetra Pinot Nero Brut Nature from Mirabella reflects the identity stated on the label: Pinot Nero presented in a dry style (Brut Nature) under the Franciacorta DOCG designation. It shows a fine perlage and a pale straw colour that suggests pleasant freshness. The producer's name, Mirabella, points to a production attentive to the typical character of the area.
On the nose it offers a restrained balance between fruity hints — small red berries and white-fleshed fruit — and light floral notes, with a touch of minerality. On the palate it is slender, with lively acidity and a contained tannic texture, characterised by dryness and salinity that support drinkability. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs with seafood starters, fish dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses; it also suits tasting on its own. The recommended serving temperature is cool but not icy, to highlight its aromas and balance.
