Elegant and soft, this Franciacorta Satèn from Vigneti Cenci expresses the slight creaminess typical of the DOCG style: very fine perlage and delicate bubbles that envelop the sip with a silky texture. On the nose there are ripe white fruits, hints of white flowers and a subtle note of freshly toasted bread that adds complexity without being intrusive; freshness remains ever-present, supported by a sapidity that balances the softness and keeps the wine lively and well-defined.

The magnum format amplifies the tasting expression, promoting a gentler maturation and greater depth of the aromatic profile, making it ideal for sharing and convivial occasions. On the palate it shows a balance between body and finesse: the sip is rounded but not opulent, with good persistence and citrus returns that cleanse the finish. It pairs successfully with delicate seafood dishes, steamed shellfish and fresh cheeses; serve chilled, in large glasses to appreciate the play of bubbles and the velvety texture.
