Attems’ Friuli DOC Pinot Grigio is a white wine offered in the practical 375 ml format, suitable when a smaller quantity is preferred or to accompany a light meal. The Friuli DOC designation and the indication of the Pinot Grigio grape provide its frame of reference, while the compact bottle makes it easy to serve on informal occasions, with an aperitif or at the table. As no vintage is stated, the bottle can be chosen without linking it to a specific year. This is a versatile option for pairings that are not overly structured. It can be served with appetisers, fish dishes, shellfish, salads, vegetables and first courses with delicate seasonings. It also works as an opening wine, leaving room for the food without overpowering it. To enjoy it at its best, it is advisable to serve it chilled, as is customary for white wines. The 375 ml format is also useful for immediate consumption, avoiding the need to open a larger bottle when it is not required. A practical choice for anyone looking for a Friulian Pinot Grigio in a compact bottle.

Winery history
The name Attems is linked to the family's long presence in the Colli del Friuli: documents record vineyard holdings as early as 1106 and production entries in the master ledgers of 1764. The estate has endured the area's historical changes and, since 2000, has been managed by the Marchesi Frescobaldi group, which has preserved its identity and commitment to the local territory.
Production philosophy
Production focused on expressing the terroir: careful vineyard management and winemaking that respect its balance, showcasing native and international grape varieties from the Collio.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards on terraced slopes of the Collio Goriziano, south-facing and sheltered from the winds; on 'ponca' soils typical of the area, providing favorable conditions for white wines of precision and finesse.
Awards and recognitions
Presence in international competitions and awards: medals and recognitions at the Sakura Japan Women's Wine Awards for wines such as Trebes, as well as recognition in international reviews. Individual medals and vintages are documented in the cited competition results.
