The Gavi dei Gavi DOCG by Bricco dei Guazzi is an elegant white wine coming from the hills of Piedmont, more precisely in the renowned Gavi area. Produced with 100% Cortese grapes, this wine expresses the peculiarities of its terroir with character and finesse. On the nose, it is fresh and fruity, with marked notes of citrus fruits, green apple and white flowers, which are further enriched by light mineral nuances.
In the mouth, Gavi dei Gavi stands out for its vibrant acidity and balanced structure, offering a pleasantly harmonious sip. The minerality, typical of this denomination, gives the wine a particular freshness and persistence in the finish. This white is ideal to pair with fish dishes, seafood, light appetizers and fresh cheeses, enhancing the flavors without overwhelming them.
The vinification of this Gavi is carried out through fermentation in steel, to keep the varietal characteristics of the Cortese grape intact. A short maturation on the yeasts further enriches the wine, giving it complexity and depth. Perfect for a summer evening or an outdoor lunch, the Gavi dei Gavi DOCG by Bricco dei Guazzi represents the essence of the Piedmontese wine tradition.
