The Gewurztraminer Alto Adige DOC from Weingut Leya is an aromatic white wine that highlights the varietal character of Gewurztraminer grown in Alto Adige. In the glass it shows a rich, immediate aromatic profile with typical scents of lychee, rose petals, light spice notes and citrus nuances alternating with a hint of exotic fruit. On the palate it offers a soft, enveloping texture, a balance between body and acidity, and a persistent finish that confirms the floral and spicy notes without overwhelming the wine.

It pairs comfortably with savory, aromatic dishes: Asian cuisine that is not overly spicy, starters based on delicate cured meats, soft cheeses and fish dishes with rich sauces. Recommended storage is in a cool, steady environment; serve at around 10–12 °C to best appreciate the aromas. A wine to enjoy in informal occasions and tastings when seeking an aromatic white with pleasant drinkability.
