The Gewurztraminer Ceslar Alto Adige DOC from Cantina Bozen is an aromatic white wine that emphasizes intense aromas and an enveloping presence. In the glass it shows a bright straw color; on the nose there are floral and fruity notes typical of the variety, accompanied by subtle spicy nuances. On the palate it has medium body, a soft texture and a balance between aromatic expression and pleasant freshness, leaving room for a persistent but never overpowering finish.

It pairs with more flavorful fish dishes, shellfish, moderately spiced Asian cuisine and cheeses that are not overly aged; it also works as a contemplative wine for lovers of aromatic whites. For best expression, serve it cool in a wide glass that highlights the aromas; it is best enjoyed in the short term to appreciate its liveliness, while remaining a versatile choice for different occasions. It is also suitable for aperitif and informal, sociable moments.
