The Gewurztraminer Kleinstein Alto Adige DOC in magnum from Cantina Bozen offers an intense yet measured aromatic profile, typical of the variety. On the nose it shows floral notes of rose and field flowers, together with fruity hints of lychee, ripe peach and citrus peel; a subtle spicy touch completes the picture without dominating. On the palate it is enveloping yet well balanced, with a soft structure and a freshness that supports the aromatic elements, delivering pleasant persistence and a sense of harmony.

The magnum format emphasizes sharing, making the bottle ideal for convivial meals. It pairs with dishes featuring delicate spices, mildly spiced Asian cuisine, flavorful cheeses and antipasti of cured meats and vegetables; it can also accompany lightly sweet fruit-based desserts. Serve cool, around 10–12 °C, in large glasses to highlight the aromas. Open a few minutes before serving to allow the wine to express itself.
