Sonbi Gin Dry presents a classic dry gin profile, centered on juniper and accompanied by a fresh citrus lift and light herbal notes. On the nose it shows clarity and precision, without excess: aromas that remain distinct on the palate as well, where the sip is dry, direct and well balanced. The texture is lean but with good presence, the pace lively, and the clean finish leaves a trail of lemon peel with a slight spicy reminiscence.

Ideal for traditional cocktails — from Gin & Tonic to Martini — but also capable of supporting more elaborate combinations that require a dry, well-defined gin. It is best expressed served cold, with ice and a slice or peel of citrus to enhance its aromas; in the kitchen it accompanies raw seafood, aromatic salads and fresh cheeses.
