Fragrant profile, with ripe red fruit moving over light notes of petal and sweet spice. On the palate it shows medium body, lively freshness and soft tannins that support without weighing it down; the balance between acidity and sapidity makes it smooth and very pleasant to drink. The wine is immediately approachable yet finely articulated, with a cleanliness that leaves room for small fruity echoes on the finish and an overall impression of finesse.

It pairs well at the table with cured meats and traditional preparations, flavorful white meats, pastas with simple sauces and typical regional dishes; a slight chilling enhances freshness on hot days. The persistence is modest but clean, with fruity returns that leave the mouth clear; it is a versatile companion, suitable for both informal meals and moments of conversation. Serve at around 14–16 °C to best appreciate its expression.
