More questions

Régnard's Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Rouge is an enchanting expression of Pinot Noir, grown in the picturesque hills above the renowned Beaune region in the heart of Burgundy. This area, known as Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, is famous for its limestone and clayey soils, which, together with an ideal microclimate, create the perfect conditions for the maturation of Pinot Noir, giving the wine a characteristic freshness and elegance structural.

The Régnard house, with a history rooted in the Burgundian winemaking tradition, is dedicated to creating wines that reflect the essence and purity of the terroir. Meticulous care in the vineyard and attention to the winemaking processes combine to produce a Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Rouge that is a true tribute to Pinot Noir.

Tasting Note: Visually, this wine stands out for its brilliant ruby red color, with nuances that tend towards garnet with aging. On the nose, it opens with a complex and inviting bouquet, dominated by aromas of fresh red fruits such as cherry and strawberry, enriched by floral notes and a light spicy touch.

In the mouth, Régnard's Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Rouge reveals a balanced structure, with fine tannins and a well-integrated acidity that contributes to a pleasant freshness. The red fruit flavors blend harmoniously with nuances of damp earth and undergrowth, typical of the expression of Pinot Noir in Burgundy, leading to a persistent and delicately spicy finish.

Gastronomic Pairings: Perfect as an accompaniment to white meat dishes, roast poultry and medium-aged cheeses, Régnard's Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Rouge is also an ideal companion for an intimate evening, where it can be appreciated on its own, to meditate on the complex layers of aroma and taste it offers.

With the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Rouge, Régnard celebrates the nobility of Pinot Noir, offering wine lovers a tasting experience that is as elegant as it is satisfying, reflecting the authentic spirit of Burgundy.
