This rosé shows a pale, luminous pink with good clarity. On the nose it offers crunchy red fruits like strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by a light floral hint and a citrus streak that keeps the aromatic profile lively. On the palate it is slim but well-focused: freshness drives the wine, supported by delicate sapidity and a barely perceptible tannic texture that provides balance and a smooth, easy-drinking feel. The persistence is pleasant, without excess, with fruity echoes that invite another glass.

It’s a companionable rosé: suitable for aperitivo, it pairs with delicate cured meats, salads, raw fish dishes (crudi) and summer first courses based on vegetables. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, to appreciate its completeness and the lightness of the sip. Perfect for those looking for an everyday wine that doesn’t sacrifice precision and finesse, capable of supporting both informal moments and light meals without overpowering the dishes.
