More questions
Kaloro Moscato di Trani DOC from Tenuta Bocca di Lupo is an organic white wine that highlights the aromatic freshness of Moscato. In the glass it shows a bright straw colour; on the nose it offers white flowers, ripe citrus and delicate hints of white-fleshed fruit, with a clear but not overpowering aromatic profile. On the palate it is balanced, with a light sweetness balanced by good acidity that gives it liveliness; the finish is clean and pleasantly persistent.
Suited to those who prefer a wine to drink young, it pairs well with dry pastries, fruit-based desserts, mildly aged soft cheeses or simple aperitifs. As an organic wine, it reflects agricultural practices that prioritise respect for the environment; it is recommended to serve chilled, around 8–10°C, and to store in a cool, dark place. Bottle recommended for informal sharing. It can also be enjoyed at the end of a light meal.

The story
The Tenuta Bocca di Lupo project was launched as an initiative of Tormaresca to rediscover and promote Puglia's native grape varieties. The company website states that the project began in 1998 and has developed over the years to become a point of reference in the Castel del Monte area.
Production philosophy
The estate prioritizes organic vineyard management and a terroir-driven approach to its grape varieties. Its aim is to offer contemporary expressions of local varieties and signature selections, grounding production in the quality of the terroir and in sustainable agricultural practices.
Terroir and vineyards
The estate is located in the Murgia, in the countryside of Minervino Murge, within the Castel del Monte DOC area. The vineyards are cultivated on nutrient‑poor calcareous soils at elevations of around 250–300 meters above sea level, and the landscape is characterized by climatic and soil conditions that favor elegant, well‑defined wines.
