It shows a light ruby red color, bright and inviting. On the nose it offers a straightforward yet pleasant profile: fresh strawberries and cherries combine with light floral hints and a thread of Mediterranean herbs that underline its freshness. The palate is lean and smooth, with gentle tannins and a lively acidic streak that keeps the wine agile; the long sip is supported by a discreet savoriness that leaves the palate clean and ready for another taste.

It’s a wine of immediate appeal, ideal served slightly chilled around 14-16 °C, designed for everyday pairings. It naturally accompanies cured meats and fresh cheeses, light vegetable-based first courses, simply prepared fish dishes and grilled white meats; it also works well with the informal conviviality of pizza. It offers a candid and pleasant character that makes it suited to relaxed moments without sacrificing finesse and drinkability.
