La Llagrima Denera, offered on request by Bodega Oloron, is a red wine with a discreet and pleasant profile. On the nose it shows notes of ripe red fruit, floral hints and a light spiciness that does not overpower the aromatic ensemble. On the palate it displays a balance between freshness and softness: the tannins are gentle and the acidity supports the progression without imposing itself, with a clean and readily drinkable finish. It is a wine that invites sharing, intended for informal but well considered occasions.
It is recommended to serve it at around 16–18 °C and, if desired, to open the bottle a few minutes before serving to let it breathe. It pairs well with white meats, dishes with a simple sauce and medium-aged cheeses; it also lends itself to being enjoyed on its own as a companion wine. Availability is on request: for information on vintage, quantities and purchase conditions, contact the seller.

The story
The Bodega Oloron project stems from the restoration and relaunch of a winery in the inland area of Alaró, Mallorca. The project involves professionals such as architect Rafael Vidal and oenologist Riccardo Cotarella.
Production philosophy
Strong focus on sustainability and landscape integration: the winery is largely underground to maintain stable climatic conditions, reduce energy consumption and preserve the landscape. Production combines traditional techniques and modern technologies to enhance the Mallorcan terroir.
