The Lambrusco Cà del Fiore Grasparossa DOC from Manicardi winery is an excellent choice for those who appreciate lively and intense wines. Produced in the renowned Emilia-Romagna region, this wine stands out for its Grasparossa variety, known for creating sparkling wines with great character and depth.

On the nose, the Lambrusco Cà del Fiore unfolds a rich and complex bouquet, characterized by notes of ripe red fruits such as blackberry and raspberry, intertwined with floral nuances and a light spicy hint. The olfactory approach leads to a full sip, where the liveliness of the effervescence harmoniously balances with the acidity and tannins typical of Grasparossa.

Visually, it presents an intense ruby red color with violet reflections, a sign of its youth and freshness. On the palate, the entry is fruity and fresh, evolving towards a pleasant complexity that persists in a delightfully long finish.

This Lambrusco is perfect to accompany traditional dishes from the Emilian cuisine, such as cured meats and aged cheeses, but it also excels with more structured red meat dishes. It is also an excellent choice for an energetic aperitif that stimulates the palate.

Serve chilled, between 8-10°C, to best enhance its organoleptic qualities. The Lambrusco Cà del Fiore Grasparossa DOC by Manicardi symbolizes the joy and enthusiasm of a territory that knows how to express wines of great pleasantness and authenticity.
