The "Lambrusco del Fondatore" by Cleto Chiarli is a red sparkling wine of character that celebrates the roots and winemaking tradition of the company, founded in 1860. This particular label is fermented directly in the bottle, a process that enhances its complexity and aromatic persistence.

Visually, it presents an intense ruby red color with purple reflections. On the nose, the bouquet is rich and varied: notes of ripe red fruits such as blackberry and cherry emerge, enriched by floral nuances and a slight spicy touch. Additionally, bottle fermentation adds a subtle yeast note that harmoniously integrates into the aromatic profile.

On the palate, the "Lambrusco del Fondatore" is fully vigorous and fresh. The well-balanced effervescence supports a solid structure and a pleasant acidity. The tannins are soft yet present, leading to a long and pleasantly fruity finish.

This wine pairs perfectly with traditional Emilian cuisine, ideal alongside dishes like tagliatelle al ragù, as well as with medium-aged cold cuts and cheeses. It is also an excellent companion for conversations and celebrations, capable of adding a touch of cheerfulness and tradition to any table.

Serve chilled, at a temperature of about 12-14°C, to fully appreciate its qualities. The "Lambrusco del Fondatore" is not just a wine but a piece of Cleto Chiarli's history, continuing to delight the palates of wine lovers with its excellent expression of the Emilian territory.
