The Lambrusco di Modena DOC Scuro 'Notturno' from Righi presents itself as a red wine with a decided yet restrained character. In the glass it shows a deep ruby color; the aromatic profile is of pleasant intensity and clarity: on the nose there are sensations of red and black fruits, with slight floral hints and a subtle spicy note. The olfactory profile remains sincere and unobtrusive, while on the palate it offers a balanced framework, with fresh acidity and harmonious tannins supporting a medium body.

The sip concludes with a pleasant, fairly persistent finish that leaves room for fruity impressions and a gentle sapidity. It is proposed as a versatile table wine: it pairs with typical cured meats, flavorful first courses, white meats and semi-cooked cheeses; it is also suitable for informal occasions or for being served by the glass in convivial settings. Recommended serving temperature around 14–16 °C; open a few minutes before to fully appreciate its nuances.
