Lambrusco Emilia IGT Secco from Riunite is a young, versatile red wine that reflects the producer's range. It shows a bright ruby colour and on the nose offers aromas of small red fruits, cherry and light floral notes, with herbaceous nuances and a subtle spicy hint. The designation "secco" indicates a dry flavour profile that favors freshness and clarity of the aromatic impressions.

On the palate it is smooth and easy-drinking, with good acidity that supports the character and soft tannins that ease food pairings. It suits informal, convivial occasions: pairs with cold cuts, pizza, pasta with modest sauces and fresh cheeses; it also works well as an aperitif wine. Serve well chilled, around 8–12 °C, in not overly large glasses to highlight its simplicity and pleasantness. The structure is light yet balanced, with a pleasant persistence that invites a second glass.
