The Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC "Vigneto Cialdini" produced by Cleto Chiarli is an authentic expression of the winemaking tradition of Emilia-Romagna. This sparkling wine, packaged in a convenient 375ml bottle, is ideal for those who wish to enjoy a glass of Lambrusco on informal occasions or during a meal.

The Grasparossa variety, specific to the Castelvetro area, imparts a distinctive character to this Lambrusco. Its color is an intense and bright red, typical of this variety. On the nose, Vigneto Cialdini opens with lively aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherry and blackberry, with slight floral notes and a subtle hint of aromatic herbs.

On the palate, the wine is robust yet harmonious. The presence of tannins is well-balanced by the freshness and liveliness of the bubbles. The fruity flavor intertwines with a pleasant acidity, making it extremely drinkable. The finish is clean and persistent, with a delightful aftertaste of fresh fruit.

Cleto Chiarli, one of the oldest and most respected wineries in this region, uses production methods that respect the tradition of the territory, thus ensuring a high-quality product that reflects the authenticity and character of the Grasparossa grape.

This wine is perfect to serve chilled at about 8-10°C and pairs beautifully with typical dishes of Emiliana cuisine such as tagliatelle alla ragù or lasagna, but it is also excellent with semi-aged cheeses or grilled meat. An inviting prelude to any meal, Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC "Vigneto Cialdini" is a choice not to be missed for true lovers of this type of wine.
