The Lambrusco Spumante Brut IGT by Bruno Ceci is a red sparkling wine with fine bubbles and a dry character. It shows a bright ruby color and lively perlage that invites drinking. On the nose it offers fruity and floral notes of small red fruits, with slight hints of aromatic herbs; the profile remains restrained and direct, without excess. On the palate it is fresh and savory, with a balance that favors drinkability: sustained acidity and moderate tannins support a dry finish.

It pairs well with starters featuring cured meats and pasta‑filata cheeses, pizzas and everyday dishes, as well as fried foods and savory preparations that call for a refreshing drink. Serve chilled, around six to eight degrees Celsius, in not‑too‑large glasses; once opened it retains its characteristics for the typical lifespan of sparkling wines. Also suitable as a convivial wine for informal aperitifs, it should be stored away from light and heat and consumed within a few years to appreciate its freshness.
