Descrizione

Re di Fiori is a Langhe Bianco DOC from Braida, made from pure Riesling Renano grapes. The grapes come from the Tenuta Serra dei Fiori estate in the municipality of Trezzo Tinella. Its favourable position and south-eastern exposure enhance the variety’s elegance and freshness. The selected, hand-picked grapes undergo soft pressing.

The must rests and ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks, where the wine remains until bottling. It then ages in the bottle for at least six months. Intense and penetrating, it displays citrus and green apple aromas when young, developing distinct mineral nuances during bottle ageing. Fresh, savoury and well concentrated on the palate, it has a juicy, mineral persistence. Serve at 10-12 °C. Its freshness and structure make it a natural match for raw fish and more elaborate seafood dishes.
