The Langhe DOC Rosso Roccia of Roberta Valletti is born in the heart of the Langhe, a territory known for its picturesque hills and the ideal climate for viticulture. This wine, mainly obtained from indigenous grape varieties such as Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, or Barbera, gracefully expresses the richness of the Langhe terroir. After traditional fermentation, the Rosso Roccia matures for a modulated period that enhances its fruity and spicy notes, balancing structure and finesse.

On the nose, it offers an intense bouquet of ripe red fruits, accompanied by hints of aromatic herbs and light mineral notes that refer to the mother rock, from which it takes its name. On the palate, it is enveloping, with soft tannins and a long persistence, ideal when paired with typical Piedmontese dishes such as brasato al Barolo or aged cheeses. An authentic expression of the tradition and character of the Langhe.

Winery history
The business traces its roots to a family tradition dating back to the early 1900s. In 2019 Roberta began producing wines under her own label, transforming the family vineyards into a production that bears her name and building an artisanal project focused on quality and the local area.
Production philosophy
Certified organic production with artisanal attention at every stage. The approach focuses on a small number of wines in limited production, allowing personal oversight of every step and emphasizing the character of the Langhe and agricultural sustainability.
Terroir and vineyards
Langhe — the hills of the Cuneo area, a traditional Barolo area where vineyards are also present in neighboring municipalities such as Piozzo, Clavesana and Dogliani.
