On the palate it confirms the olfactory promise, showing roundness and a progression that leaves space for hints of fruit and creamy vanilla rather than aggressive notes. Clean finish with good persistence, ideal both enjoyed neat or with ice, as well as an ingredient in sweet or hot cocktails (coffee or hot chocolate) or paired with fruit-based desserts or ice cream. Also excellent for adding a soft note to pastry preparations without covering the other flavors.
