Lugana in the Spumante version is a rarity and delicacy. A refined sparkling wine, with a fruity, characteristic and very pleasant taste.
The harvest begins towards the end of August and continues until the first week of September; after harvesting, the grapes are delicately pressed and then left to ferment in steel at a controlled temperature. Refermentation and rest in the autoclave last from 8 to 10 months.
It has a pale straw color, with light greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The scent is delicate, characterized by aromas of yeasts and almonds.
Its flavour, acidity and freshness allow it to be paired very well with any meal, as well as being a perfect aperitif glass.
