Descrizione

The Lugana DOC by Bolla is born on the shores of Lake Garda, in an area where a mild climate and morainic soils give the Turbiana grape – the only one used for this denomination – unique and refined characteristics. This white wine presents a bright straw yellow color and a delicate aroma, releasing hints of white flowers, fresh fruit such as peach and citrus, with light almond notes typical of the territory.

On the palate it is fresh and lively, with a harmonious balance between acidity and structure, confirming a pleasant sapidity and good persistence. The aging in steel preserves the integrity of the aromas, enhancing the fresh and fruity nature of the grape. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, lemon risotto, and white meats, this Lugana is a perfect ambassador of its land, capable of expressing elegance and genuineness with an accessible and refined character.

Winery history

Founded in 1883 in Soave by the Bolla family, the winery expanded over the following decades, extending production from Soave white wines to the great reds of Valpolicella. Over time the brand has become an international reference for wines from Veneto. The winery joined Gruppo Italiano Vini in the 2000s.
